Commentary

The very first Champagne Malard cru, the Pinot Noirs from the village of Aÿ have very particular smoky, roasted and flinty notes. This Champagne has integrity and an understated elegance. On the palate it is soft with fairly low acidity and very pleasant sour cherry flavours.
