Commentary
Because they have been harvested very ripe, these Pinots Noirs have exotic fruit, coconut and vanilla notes. Although it has a very low dosage, the opulent palate and complexity and maturity of the Pinot Noirs give the impression of a more traditional Brut Champagne. A chalky sensation on the finish.
