This low dosage oragnic cuvée will marry well, by its freshness, with iodized products such as wild fish (sea bream / bass) grilled or stewed with a bouquet garni, herbs, olive oil, or other seafood, such as hot oysters and fish tartars.

Generous fizz and beautiful shiny gold colour.
aromas of citrus fruits, blackcurrant, iodine and buttery notes.
The wine is round with a good acidity, it presents lemon and yellow fruits notes, a nice minerality and a salty finish.
